A terminal-side final night is sensible for a very early coach, a family with several bags, or anyone who wants to walk to departure. If the coach leaves after the morning peak and the existing hotel has a simple direct ride, changing rooms can cost more usable time than it saves. Terminal-side and wider Gangnam solve different trips
The terminal area is a logistics base: the advantage is a shorter final movement.
