Define the full gap
Arrange confirmed custody for the whole side trip before leaving Seoul. Start by asking your return hotel; compare station storage if it cannot accept your bags. Neither option is confirmed for your dates by the official pages.
Write down drop-off and pickup dates, bag count, size, and your next check-in time.
Ask your return hotel
Ask whether it will hold bags before your separately booked stay, including every night away. Give your booking details and exact dates rather than asking only about “luggage storage.”
Request written acceptance, any fee, bag limits, counter hours, and the custody process. Confirm what receipt or ID you need to reclaim them.

Check station storage terms
The Seoul government page describes T-Luggage storage and same-day delivery. It separately lists hourly T-Locker access from 05:00 to midnight, with no storage or retrieval outside those hours. That does not establish live space or multi-day acceptance.
VISITKOREA’s August 2024 page lists three-, five-, and seven-day passes. Treat these as historical details; verify current passes, location, hours, and overnight terms directly before relying on them.
Compare an extra night
Compare confirmed storage terms with an extra booked night only after the property explains what that booking covers. Do not assume a room booking alone settles bag custody.
Weigh the total cost, bag limits, pickup access, and the effort of reaching the collection point. Choose based on your actual return plan.

Plan the pickup
Match collection hours to your return itinerary and next hotel check-in. Ask what happens if you arrive late.
Keep written acceptance and the claim receipt accessible. Before departure, reconfirm the location, full storage window, and pickup process so each handoff is clear.
